These are easy to make and can be made in different flavors. Plus the baking time is very less. And as the name suggests "they just melt in your mouth".
Ingredients:
1 cup Maida
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 cup Cornflour
3/4 cup Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1.2 tsp Instant Coffee Powder
1 tsp Coco Powder
Method:
Cream the butter and powdered sugar. Add the Maida, cornflour and the vanilla essence. I used a piping bag with star nozzle for giving the cookies this shape. They are actually quite petite.
On a baking tray pipe the rosettes and bake at 180 degrees for 20 mins.
First I piped the vanilla flavored ones. To the rest of the dough I added the coffee powder and the coco powder and mixed it thoroughly. Then in the next batch I baked the coco choco flavored ones. You need to leave a little space in between the cookies.
Cool the cookies and store in airtight containers.
