This could be my last prawns recipes for the season before they go missing.
It has an Oriental flavor and goes well with Thai food.

Ingredients:
12 - 15 Prawns
2 tsp Oil
For the marinade:
5 - 6 Garlic Cloves
1 inch Garlic
3 Star Anise
4 - 6 Pepper Corns
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Chilli Garlic sauce
1 tsp Sweet Chilli sauce
1/2 tsp Namak Shamak
Method:
Clean and De vein the prawns.
Marinate the Prawns in the prepared marinade for atleast an hour.
Thread the prawns through the satay sticks.
Heat a little oil in the pan and grill the prawns till done.
You can also grill the prawns in the oven. Garnish and serve with tomatoes, cucumber and the peanut dip.
