Jhatpat Homemade Mawa


For people like me who find it difficult to get good quality mawa, this recipe is god sent!!!!

This mawa can be used for making a variety of burfees as well as in gajar ka halwa and in subjis also.



Ingredients:

for the Mava

1 cup       Milk Powder
2 tsp        Water




Mix the milk powder and the water in a microwave proof bowl and microwave it for 2 mins or till it becomes grainy. Your home made mava is ready.
