Grilled Chicken Legs


These can be served a starters with spicy dips or as accompaniments.

The spice quotient can be increased as per your taste. But I have kept it a little mild.


Ingredients:


Chicken legs                   2 nos

Soya sauce                     1 tsp

Ginger Garlic paste         1 tsp

NamakShamak               1/2 tsp (soya sauce is a bit salty)

Chilli flakes                     1/2 tsp

Italian herbs                    1/2 tsp

Cornflour                        2 tbspn

Egg White                       1


Method:

Marinate the Chicken Legs in Ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, salt, chilli flakes, and herbs.

Keep it aside for 1/2 an hour.

Add a little salt and herbs to the dry cornflour.

Whisk the egg white. Now dip the chicken with the egg white and  coat it with the cornflour, now once again dip the chicken in the egg white and coat it with cornflour.



Heat the oil in a pan. Add the chicken pieces and grill it till it becomes nice and tender.



You can deep fry it if you prefer extra crisp. Also bread crumbs can be used instead of cornflour.


Garnish it with coriander leaves. It can also be served on a bed of french fries with sweet chilli sauce.
