Rocky Road

Rocky Road!!!!! Why this name??????

Mmmmmm...... Well somewhere it reminds me of the village roads. Those mud roads where dark rocks or stones just protrude out of no where. Feeling Nostalgic now....

Any way couldn't think of any other apt name for this creation. "Creation" I say because this recipe was created because my cake became just too crumbly. Yup disasters happen!!!

You don't need to wait for disaster to happen, just use a left over cake.

And yes it does taste somewhat like burfee, so go indulge yourself!!!

Ingredients:

1 piece       any left over cake (egg less will also do)
1 cup          Chocolate pieces
1/2 cup       Hazelnuts (walnuts, almonds can also be used)
2 tsp           Butter

Method:

Crumble the cake in a bowl. Add the butter and mix. Now add the chocolate pieces and Hazelnuts. You can also use choco chips.

Grease and dust a cake tin. Add the mixture and flatten it. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 mins.

Cool and cut into squares.
